Arrow Social Feed was my first premium social feed plugin, it seemed like it was a good option so I paid for a single site licence. Unfortunately, some of the common features I expected were not present.
I contacted the developer and they were not helpful. I requested a refunded as I only used the plugin for 2 days, they refused as there was no technical issue. This was a hidden term as on the main page there was a clear 14 day refund policy.
I was obviously not happy.
Since then I have made sure I read the refund policy before purchasing plugins.
Not recommended at all, unfortunately, didn’t work as expected and the developer refused a refund even though they clearly advertised a 14-day refund policy.
